Who’s behind this
Hi, we’re Tu Plantilla, a small studio in Chile. This site is our work sample.
Before we talk prices, here’s who you’d be hiring: where we are, how we work and why we cost less than a US agency.
The same small team designs your site, writes your copy and answers your emails, in English, within one business day. We don’t put personal names on this site, but you’ll never get passed along: no call centers, no ticket queue, no “your call is important to us.”
Tu Plantilla is Spanish for “your template,” and we started it because we hate seeing good businesses look bad online. Being a small studio in Chile means lower overhead and a focused process (one business, one week, one team). That’s how we cost less than US agencies.
- Built in Chile
- Workday overlaps US business hours
- Email the people who design your site
- Your deal in writing, by email
“Every site that leaves here is one we’d sign. Literally: our logo is a signature.”
The 50/50 guarantee
What if you don’t like it? The balance waits. You approve it, not us.
A 50% deposit gets us started (from $295). It pays for real design work, so it’s non-refundable. The balance waits until you see your finished site and say “that’s the one,” with 2 rounds of major revisions included.
-
Pay the 50% deposit, send your photos and answers, and we put your launch date in writing.
-
On day 6 you see your finished site running at a real link, on your own phone.
-
Like it? You approve, pay the balance and we launch it. Want changes? You have 2 rounds of major revisions, and the balance waits for your OK.
And the deal comes in big print, not fine print. Tap each promise:
A flat price. The price we quote is the final price. Never a bill you didn’t see coming.
The site is yours. Domain and files in your name: if you ever leave, you take everything with you. Nobody gets held hostage here.
No long-term contract. The monthly plan is month to month. If you want to stop, you stop. No fees, no drama.
Direct support from the team. The same team that built your site answers you, not a ticket waiting in line.
The process, day by day
7 days. One day, one piece. On day 7, your site goes live.
None of that “12 to 16 weeks, it depends.” Our week is spelled out, day by day. Take a look.
- Day 1The blueprint
- Day 2The words
- Day 3The photos
- Day 4The catalog
- Day 5The connection
- Day 6Your turn
- Day 7Live
Day 1 · The blueprint. We plan it by email, go through your Instagram and pick the sections your site needs.
Day 2 · The words. We write all the copy for your site. You don’t type a word.
Day 3 · The photos. We sort and crop the photos from your phone until they look catalog-ready.
Day 4 · The catalog. Your storefront, built: clear prices and an order button one tap away.
Day 5 · The connection. We hook every button up to your phone: orders reach you by text or email, ready to go.
Day 6 · Your turn. We show you the site on your own phone, you tell us what to change, and we adjust it.
Day 7 · Live. Once you give the OK, you pay the balance and we launch it on your .com domain with the security padlock. Your site, up and running.
That’s the week we’ll run for your site. Your only job all week: answer our emails and tell us what you like.
Your part is small
You bring 4 photos and 15 minutes. We bring everything else.
How many months have you been saying “I’ll deal with the website when I have time”? That’s exactly why we split the work so your part fits into one afternoon of emails.
- All the copy, written for your customers. You just approve it
- A design built for your type of business, phone first
- A .com domain registered in your name, hosting and launch
- Your Google Business Profile from day one, plus a QR code for your counter
- Content updates later, in the same email thread
No endless meetings, no homework: if you can send an email, you can build your website with us.
The monthly plan
The monthly plan isn’t just another bill. It keeps your site from going stale.
Ever landed on a website with last year’s prices? Did you buy anything? Probably not. Tap each card: here’s your site with the monthly plan… and here’s how it ends up without one.
The monthly plan in real life
What if changing a price took just one email?
No tickets, no phone trees: one email and it’s done. Three sample requests the plan covers.
Hi! I changed the prices on a few products 🙏
Sure thing. Send us the list however you have it and it’ll be updated within 48 hours. It’s included in your monthly plan 👌
Great. I also have new photos of the shop 📸
Send them straight from your phone. We’ll optimize them so they load fast, and they’ll be up within 48 hours.
Hey, I think something broke on the site 😰
We’re on it and restoring it from the latest daily backup 🛟 We’ll let you know when it’s back up.
Send the list as is: it goes live, included in your plan.
Straight from your phone. We make them catalog-ready.
Restored from the latest daily backup. No starting over from scratch.
No tickets, no surprise charges: that’s how your monthly plan works.
Zero made-up reviews
We’re new. And that works for you.
This is where testimonials would go, and we’re not going to make them up. You’ll see them when they’re real, with a name and a website you can open. Meanwhile, here’s what we can show you today:
Skeptical? Good. We’re not asking for faith. Look at the work, make us put the deal in writing, and email us every awkward question you’ve got.
Try it yourself
You don’t sell a burger the way you sell a car: every business needs its own layout
Tap a type of business (food, beauty, cars, trades or store) and watch its site come together piece by piece on this sample phone. Heads up: it’s not the same site painted a different color. Each one gets its own pieces, the ones its customers want to see.

Your name and what you sell, in 3 seconds. Hungry customers don’t read paragraphs.
-
2

The first thing a hungry customer asks. Here it answers itself, in green.

3
Menu with prices
A menu with prices in plain sight answers the first question. No more “DM for price.”

Direct orders
The customer taps and the order lands on your phone, ready to go. This is where the sale happens.
See? That’s ALL a website needs to take orders: 4 or 5 well-chosen pieces for your business, not the same ones the guy next door has. And picking them and putting them together is our job.
Already selling on Instagram?
Instagram gets you noticed. Your website takes the order.
You don’t have to pick one: each does its own job. Instagram shows what you do, your website handles the order. See the difference in three situations you deal with every day:
“Price?” “Price?” “Price?” There goes your day, answering DMs.
On your site, it’s right there, so whoever messages you has already decided.
The DM gets buried under Stories, reactions and “is this still available?”
The shop’s closed and your phone still buzzes: item, quantity and address. Order, ready to go.
Working for your business or for the algorithm? Your post is dead in a day.
Your website is yours: searchable by name, today and a year from now.

How the math works: it takes the people who don’t reach out and assumes 81% of them look you up online, a figure from one retail study of major purchases. Everyday purchases may get less research, so read it as a rough upper estimate, not a forecast of orders.

The offer
An agency charges $10,000 and up and keeps you waiting for months. We do this instead:
Three plans at a flat price, live in 7 days, and one golden rule: you approve the finished site before you pay the balance.
Going rates in the US: agencies $10,000 and up (12 to 16 weeks), freelancers $2,000 to $8,000 (Elementor, June 2026). Now compare.

The 7 days start once we have your photos and answers, with the launch date promised in writing.
✓ No long-term contract: cancel the monthly plan whenever you want, and the site, the domain and the code stay yours.
You start with a 50% deposit and pay the balance only when you see your finished site and say “that’s the one.” The monthly plan keeps everything running: hosting, domain, content updates by email within 48 hours, plus a daily Hostinger backup and a separate monthly copy we keep ourselves. Bigger updates later (a whole new menu, a new section, a redesign) are quoted separately in the same email thread: you pay only when you ask for them.
Lost on domains, hosting and Google? That’s normal. Nobody’s born knowing this stuff.
How a website works, explained simply →5 minutes, no jargon. And each plan has its own page with the full details.

Straight answers with real numbers and no fine print. Take your time: by the time you ask for a quote, you shouldn’t have a doubt left.
01How much does it cost, exactly, and what does each plan include?
$590 to $1,490 one-time, plus a monthly plan of $39 to $79, depending on the plan. All three have a flat price and work for products and for services. Landing Pro, $590 + $39/mo: a complete landing page with up to 8 sections, up to 12 products or services, and orders, bookings or quote requests that reach your phone by text or email, already organized. Complete Website, $990 + $59/mo: adds a catalog with filters and search for up to 100 products or services, a cart that builds the order, booking and quote request forms, and local SEO. It’s the one we recommend. Digital Partner, $1,490 + $79/mo: a big catalog of up to 300 products or services in categories, build-your-own items with options, and a second page with your menu or catalog for your shop. All three include a QR code for your counter or window. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay: no extras halfway through. Bigger updates down the road are quoted separately. Getting a quote is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
02Isn’t that expensive?
Not next to the alternatives. A freelancer charges $2,000 to $8,000 and takes 4 to 8 weeks, an agency charges $10,000 and up and takes 12 to 16 weeks, and a DIY builder runs $15 to $50 a month plus your time (Elementor, June 2026). Landing Pro is $590 plus $39 a month, with the copy, setup and launch done for you. A fair test: compare $39 a month with what one regular customer spends with you. And you pay the balance only after you approve the finished site.
03How do I pay?
A 50% deposit to get started (from $295), and the balance only after you see your finished site and approve it. You pay by bank transfer or through a secure card payment link, with an invoice for every payment. The deposit pays for real design work, so it’s non-refundable. The monthly plan is billed month to month, with no long-term contract.
04Do you send invoices?
Yes, an invoice for every payment. And the whole agreement (price, timeline and what’s included) goes in writing before we start, so you never have to rely on what someone “said.”
05Any hidden costs? Do I pay extra for the domain and hosting?
No. The monthly plan ($39 to $79 a month, depending on your plan) already includes hosting with Hostinger, your .com domain, the SSL certificate, content updates by email and backups: a daily Hostinger backup + a separate monthly copy we keep ourselves. You won’t get a surprise charge for “domain renewal” or “extra storage.” If you ever ask for something that is quoted separately (like a new section), we give you a flat price before we lift a finger.
06Can I start with the cheapest plan and upgrade later?
Yes, and for a lot of businesses that’s the smart move: start with Landing Pro ($590), see how the site works for your business, and when you need a catalog or more sections, pay just the difference to move up to Complete Website. Nothing we built gets thrown out: we build on top of it. Email us about your business and we’ll tell you honestly which plan to start with.
07Why do you cost so much less than US freelancers? What’s the catch?
Lower overhead and a focused process, and the trade-offs are out in the open. We’re a small studio in Chile, so our costs run lower, and every project follows the same plan: one business, one week, one team. That’s how our plans start at $590, when a US freelancer charges $2,000 to $8,000 (Elementor, June 2026). The trade-offs: we work 100% by email, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, and our terms are under Chilean law. The price is flat and in writing, and you approve the finished site before you pay the balance.
08Will it really be live in 7 days?
Yes: 7 days from the day we have your photos and your answers to a 15-minute email Q&A, with the launch date in writing before we start. The pace: day 1 we map out the plan by email, days 2 and 3 copy and photos, days 4 and 5 the catalog and hooking orders up to your phone, day 6 you review and we adjust, day 7 it goes live on your domain. Huge catalog? You get the adjusted date in writing before we start, never halfway through. The whole process lives in one email thread.
09What do I need to have ready to get started?
Not much: your logo and photos, if you have them. No copy? We write it, and that’s included in every plan. Photos not great? We’ll show you how to take the right ones with just your phone. The only must-have is a 15-minute email Q&A where you tell us about your business. That’s all we need to start.
10What if I don’t like what you show me?
You don’t pay the balance until you approve it. Simple as that. The deal is 50/50: you pay a 50% deposit to get started and the balance only when you see the finished site and say “that’s the one.” Before that, you get 2 rounds of major revisions to change anything you want: colors, copy, photos, layout. Nothing goes live without your OK. And the deposit? It pays for the design work and those 2 rounds, work that’s already done, so it’s non-refundable. We’re telling you straight because it’s the big print of the deal, and it’s exactly why we go all in on every round.
11How much of my time will this take?
Less than an hour total, spread over the week: a 15-minute email Q&A, a couple of quick follow-up emails, and reviewing the design when we show it to you. Design, copy, photo optimization, domain, hosting and launch are all on us. Your job is running your business. The website is our job.
12What’s the process, step by step?
Four steps, all by email: (1) we email back and forth to figure out what your business needs, (2) we show you the design, (3) we adjust it with you, with 2 rounds of major revisions included, and you approve it, (4) we launch it on your domain and hand over the logins. Your launch date is set in writing before we start, so you always know where your site stands.
13Can we hop on a call? How does this work with no meetings?
We don’t do calls: we work 100% by email, in English, and that’s on purpose. Every answer, price and date stays in writing, and you reply when it suits you, not when a meeting is on the calendar. Your part is your photos and a 15-minute email Q&A. Our workday overlaps US business hours, and we reply within one business day. If you can send an email, you can build your website with us.
14I don’t know anything about websites. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most small-business owners don’t either. You don’t have to create accounts, install anything or learn tech terms: you send your photos and info in the same email thread, and we handle the domain, hosting, security and launch. You just review and approve, like signing off on a print proof.
15Can I edit it myself?
Not directly: we make the updates for you, and that’s on purpose. Your site is custom-built, not thrown together in a generic site builder, so it stays fast and consistent. A content update (a price, a photo, your hours, promo text) takes one email and is done within 48 hours, included in your monthly plan. And remember: the code and the domain are yours, so if you ever want to run it yourself, we hand over the whole thing.
16Where is it hosted? Is it secure?
On Hostinger. Your site comes with an SSL certificate (the padlock in the browser), a daily Hostinger backup + a separate monthly copy we keep ourselves, and your .com domain registered in your name, not ours. If you ever want to switch providers, you can: nothing is locked in.
17Will it look good on a phone?
Yes. Every site is built for phones first, with big buttons, easy-to-read text, a catalog you swipe with your thumb, and ordering one tap away. See for yourself: open this site on your phone and browse like a customer, or watch the 7-day walkthrough on this page.
18Will I show up on Google?
We set you up to be found by name from day one: basic Google optimization plus your Google Business Profile connected, so people who look up your business see something that looks legit. What we won’t promise is ranking #1 for general searches: that takes months, and anyone who guarantees it fast is lying to you.
19Can I take payments online? Credit cards?
Not on the site itself, and that’s on purpose. Your customer builds the order on the site, it reaches your phone ready to go, and you get paid the way you always have (cash, Zelle or your own card reader). For most small businesses that’s the simplest setup: no per-sale fees, no merchant paperwork, no depending on another platform. If your business really needs built-in online card payments (Stripe, Square or PayPal), we look at it with you and quote it as a separate project, and we’ll tell you straight whether it’s worth it or whether you’d be paying for something you won’t use.
20Will my site be accessible? What about the ADA?
We build every site with accessibility best practices, but nobody can honestly guarantee “ADA compliance,” so we won’t. Your site is built mobile first, with readable contrast, keyboard navigation and large tap targets, so more of your customers can use it comfortably. If accessibility is a requirement in your line of work, say so in your first email and we’ll tell you straight what we can and can’t cover.
21What exactly does the monthly plan cover?
Four things: (1) hosting and your domain, managed for you (you never renew or set up anything), (2) security and backups: a daily Hostinger backup + a separate monthly copy we keep ourselves, (3) content updates by email, done within 48 hours, and (4) direct support from the team whenever something seems off. In practice, your site stays up and current without you having to manage it. $39, $59 or $79 a month, depending on your plan, month to month.
22What happens if I stop paying for the monthly plan?
You can stop any time with no penalty, and the site is still yours (code and domain in your name). We stop hosting it, hand over the files and help you move it, no drama. What you should know: hosting and a domain have to be paid for somewhere either way, with us or on your own, and content updates, backups and renewals become your job. The monthly plan doesn’t lock you in; it takes that chore off your plate.
23What counts as a content update?
Any tweak to what’s already on your site: prices, photos, copy, hours, promo text, catalog items. Send it by email and it’s done within 48 hours, included in your monthly plan. What gets quoted separately is bigger stuff, like a new section, a whole new menu or a redesign, always with a flat price in writing before we start, never as a surprise on your invoice.
24What if something on my site breaks?
Email us what you’re seeing (a screenshot helps) and we reply within one business day. Help like this is part of your monthly plan, and it comes from the same team that built your site, not a help desk. If a change goes wrong, your site has a daily Hostinger backup plus a separate monthly copy we keep ourselves, so we can roll it back to the last version that worked.
25What does the monthly plan cost per year? Is it worth it?
$468 a year on Landing Pro, $708 on Complete Website and $948 on Digital Partner. That covers hosting, .com domain renewal, the SSL certificate, content updates by email within 48 hours, a daily Hostinger backup + a separate monthly copy we keep ourselves, and a direct line to our team all year. For reference, maintenance plans elsewhere run $50 to $150 a month (Elementor, June 2026). If you’d rather handle hosting, renewals and updates yourself, you can: there’s no long-term contract.
26How do I know you won’t leave me hanging?
Because the deal is built so we can’t: (1) you don’t pay the balance until you approve, so the pressure to finish well is on us, not you; (2) the site is in your name (domain and code), and if you ever leave, for any reason, we hand everything over with no penalty; (3) support comes straight from the team by email, the same inbox before and after launch. And the proof is right in front of you: this site is live and working right now, not a screenshot, and the 7-day walkthrough shows exactly how we’d build yours. Tap around and see for yourself.
27I already sell on Instagram. Why do I need a website?
Instagram is your shop window. Your website is the store. On IG, the algorithm decides who sees you, people ask for prices by DM, and you get one link in your bio. Your website holds your full catalog with prices, your map, your hours and an order button that sends orders straight to your phone, open 24/7 with no algorithm in the way. The two work together: Instagram draws people in, and your website takes the order.
28Can I see real work before I decide?
Yes, and please do: don’t decide without looking. You’re looking at our work right now. We built this site from top to bottom to the same standard we’d use for yours, and it’s not a mockup or a screenshot. Open it on your phone, browse like a customer and count how many taps it takes to reach us. Then check the 7-day walkthrough on this page to see how your site comes together, day by day. And to see how a content update request works, check the sample message thread above.
29Do you work with my type of business? What if I’m not in your city?
Any type of small business, anywhere in the US. We work remotely from Chile, 100% by email and in English, on a workday that overlaps business hours across US time zones, and we reply within one business day. From Maine to San Diego, it works the same. Every site starts from your business, not from a cookie-cutter layout. Tell us what you do and we’ll tell you how we’d build yours.
30You’re in Chile. Is that a problem for a US business?
Only if you need phone calls or a contract under US law, and we’d rather say so up front. We’re a small web design studio in Chile, which is why our own web address ends in .cl, Chile’s version of .com. You work with us 100% by email, in English, on a workday that overlaps US business hours. Your .com domain is registered in your name, your launch date is in writing, and you pay through a secure card payment link or by bank transfer, with an invoice every time. The balance waits until you approve your finished site. The whole deal is on our terms page.
31Do I get a contract, or is it all just emails?
You get the deal in writing, and email is how it gets there. Before any work starts, we confirm the agreement with you by email: your plan, the flat price, what’s included and the launch date. Every request after that lives in the same thread, so nothing depends on what someone “said.” Our standard terms, including the non-refundable deposit, are public on the terms page, and they’re governed by the laws of Chile.
32Who will I actually be emailing if there are no names on the site?
The same small team that designs, writes and supports your site. We don’t publish personal names, but nobody sits in between: the people building your site answer your emails themselves, in English, within one business day, and every answer stays in the same thread, before and after launch.
Don’t see your question here? Write it the way it’s rattling around in your head. We reply within one business day, no strings attached and no fine print.
