Terms and conditions: the deal, in writing

This is Tu Plantilla’s deal, in the same plain language as the rest of the site. Before any work starts, we confirm this agreement with you in writing, by email.

1 · What you’re buying

A website plan (Landing Pro, Complete Website or Digital Partner) at the flat price published on this site. The price we quote is the final price: it includes design, copywriting, a .com domain, launch and everything listed in each plan’s details.

2 · 50/50 payment and deposit

• You pay a 50% deposit to get started and the balance only when you see your finished website and approve it.
• The deposit pays for real work: the full design and the 2 rounds of major revisions included. That’s why it’s non-refundable, and it’s also why we work each round until you say “that’s the one”: if you don’t approve, you don’t pay the balance.
• Payment methods: bank transfer or a card payment link. We send an invoice for every payment.

3 · The 7-day timeline

The 7 days start when we receive your starting material (photos and your answers to our ~15-minute Q&A by email). We commit to the delivery date in writing before work starts.

4 · What’s yours

• Your .com domain is registered in your name, not ours.
• The website and its files are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over and walk you through the move, with no penalties.
• The photos and information about your business stay yours; you authorize us to use them only to build and maintain your website.

5 · The monthly plan

• It’s paid month to month, with no long-term contract: if you want to stop, you stop, with no penalties.
• It covers hosting, the domain, the SSL padlock, backups and the content updates by email that your plan includes (within 48 hours).
• If you cancel it, we stop hosting the website, but it’s still yours: we hand over the files and the domain stays in your name.

6 · What we don’t promise

We don’t sell Google rankings or guaranteed sales results; nobody honest can promise that. What we do commit to is spelled out in each plan, in writing.
